Martin Kaplan
Biography
I am an attorney who specializes in representing injured Federal workers nationally and North Carolina employment issues. I have been practicing law in Raleigh, North Carolina
since 1998. I graduated cum
laude from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. My education also includes an MBA in
Management Sciences from Pace University in New
York City and a BA in Economics from the City
University of New York.
Previous to opening my law office, I had a 30 year
career in the field of information technology, with my last position being
Executive Vice President for an information technology consulting firm.
To provide excellent service, I only accept a limited number of new clients. In no circumstances will I accept a client when I do not believe an attorney is necessary or where I feel that a successful outcome is so unlikely that it is not worth the expenditure of a client's money or my time.
I personally handle every aspect of all cases. I attempt to personally return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours. I provide all clients with my direct dial number, which is not screened and rings at my desk. I have one assistant, Renee Najar, who answers the office telephone, schedules appointments, handles administrative matters, and can reach me if there is an urgent matter when I am out of the office.
